Overview

The Department of Paediatrics provides comprehensive healthcare for neonates, infants, children in a child-friendly environment.

Services Include

  • Newborn care and neonatal resuscitation
  • Immunization programs
  • Growth and developmental monitoring
  • Management of childhood infections and chronic diseases
  • Nutritional assessment and counselling
  • Pediatric emergency care

Outpatient:

Area: Ground floor – E wing – 49

Timing: 8.30 am to 3.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
8.30 am to 1 pm (Saturday)

Clinics:

  • Daily – Speech therapy, Diarrhoea clinic
  • Monday – Child neurology clinic, Child rehabilitation clinic
  • Tuesday –Well baby clinic, Immunization clinic, Nutrition clinic
  • First + third Tuesday – Endocrinology clinic
  • Second + fourth Tuesday – Hematology clinic
  • Every month last Tuesday – Thalassemia management clinic
  • Wednesday – Pulmonology, Gastroenterology clinic
  • Thursday –High risk baby clinic, Well baby clinic
  • Friday – Cardiology clinic, Child guidance clinic

Inpatient:

Area: Third floor- G wing (Paediatric wards- 309 to 310)
Visiting hours: 4 pm to 7 pm
